Young Dan Hunt reluctantly accepts the invitation of his Bible college classmate to make Saturday night visits to witness for Christ in the waterfront area of Port Palms. This community has long been known as a cesspool of crime, immorality, drunkenness, and drug addition. He, however, becomes deeply involved with the troubled people he meets and returns often to help them.
